Government & defense

Heterogeneous systems. Strict compliance. Zero tolerance for data ambiguity.

Mission data is spread across dozens of independent systems, each authoritative for its own slice. Consolidation is not on the table. Manual compilation is the cost everyone is paying instead.

The problem, in the language of the requirement

BlueHomer provides a centralized query and assessment capability across disparate program systems without serving as the Authoritative Source of Truth — it pulls from the respective ASOTs, applies governance to every access, and records what happened in evidence an auditor can verify.

  • Dozens of disconnected databases, shared drives, document stores and risk repositories.
  • Significant manual labour to compile information and maintain situational awareness.
  • Past consolidation efforts that did not come to fruition.
  • Requirements that the tool complement — not replace — the systems already accredited.

What BlueHomer contributes

Centralized querying

One governed interface across connected sources, so users stop visiting each system individually.

Document ingestion and assessment

Ingest PDF, Word and Excel source documents, extract text and metadata, and produce structured, cited outputs.

Learn more →

Evidence and citations

Reports and assessments that carry per-item evidence and lineage back to the source material.

Learn more →

Deny-by-default access

RBAC with ABAC, field-level masking and row-level filtering that reach the data itself.

Learn more →

Tamper-evident audit

Append-only, hash-chained records with independently verifiable integrity.

Deploy anywhere

Cloud, on-premise or hybrid, with data-residency patterns for sensitive workloads.

Strict tenant partitioning

Where a program spans organizations, agencies or nations, isolation cannot be a convention. BlueHomer derives the tenant boundary from a verified identity token, not a spoofable request, so one participant cannot see, access or reference another participant’s data — and onboarding a new participant does not create a data-spill risk.

What we claim, and what we do not

Federal evaluation punishes overstatement harder than any other market, so the posture is stated plainly:

AreaCurrent position
Compliance frameworksThe platform is designed around GDPR, HIPAA, SOX/SOC 2, PCI DSS and ISO 27001 control expectations, with configurable retention and automated evidence.
Accreditation (ATO, IL5/IL6, FedRAMP)Not asserted. Deployment models support environments subject to controlled-information handling; specific accreditation is established per engagement.
Accessibility (Section 508 / WCAG)Conformance is addressed per deliverable; a current conformance statement is provided on request.
Engineering drawing / CAD visualisationNot a BlueHomer capability. Where a requirement includes 2D/3D technical rendering, we say so rather than implying coverage.
Service levels and scaleEstablished per engagement and per deployment, as stated in the public white paper.

Frequently asked questions

Can BlueHomer query across program systems without becoming the source of truth?

Yes — that is the design. BlueHomer reads from the respective authoritative sources and never claims authority over the data it presents, which is what allows it to complement accredited systems instead of displacing them.

How is sensitive or controlled information handled?

Access is deny-by-default with attribute-based controls, field-level masking and row-level filtering; data sent to any AI model passes a mandatory protective gateway; and deployment can be cloud, on-premise or hybrid so sensitive data can stay where policy requires. Specific accreditation commitments are established per engagement.

Can outputs be produced with evidence citations?

Yes. Assessments and reports can carry per-item evidence and lineage back to the source documents and records they were derived from, along with a log of gaps where source data was not available.

How do you support multi-agency or multi-nation programs?

Through true multi-tenancy: each participant’s data, configuration and intelligence live in a fully isolated boundary derived from a verified identity token, so new participants can be onboarded without cross-exposure.
